FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE - BURUNDI

Career Options Africa Group is a HR Consultancy firm specializing in Recruitment, HR outsourcing and Immigration support in Africa with offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Burundi, Nigeria, South Africa, and South Sudan.
Our client, a leading FMCG Manufacturer supplying a wide range of products to the entire East African and COMESA Markets, is looking for an Field Sales Representative in Burundi
THE JOB
As the Field Sales Representative, you will drive sales growth, product visibility, and customer relationships across assigned territories in Burundi. The role involves effective execution of sales strategies, meeting targets, and supporting market expansion efforts.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- 1. Manage retail and wholesale customer relationships.
- 2. Ensure product availability and visibility.
- 3. Execute promotions and new product launches.
- 4. Meet sales and performance targets.
- 5. Report on market insights and sales data.
- 6. Coordinate with marketing and distribution teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
The job holder should have the following qualifications.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business or related field
- • At least 2-3 years of experience in FMCG field sales and experience with distributors and retailers
THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and competencies.
- • Must be proficient in English and a local language (Kirundi/French)
- • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- • Must be willing to travel
